Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days.  Orders received after Thursday  at noon, will be shipped the following week.  Dyed to order listing have their own specified timescale - buyers should note this before ordering.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase - but if something isn’t right, returns are accepted.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the contact form here.

Returning Your Item

Items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received in its original condition.

What Can’t Be Returned

Due to the nature of certain items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Sale items

Additional Information

• Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

• If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
