Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Orders received after Thursday noon, will be shipped the following week. Dyed to order listing have their own specified timescale - buyers should note this before ordering.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
I gladly accept returns
If you would like to return something please contact me within 14 days of delivery using the form here
Return items back within 30 days of delivery. Once I have received the items I will make any refunds.
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
